These terms apply to your use of the PrintHedz website and to any products or services you buy from us. Please read them carefully. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you have any questions, email us at hello@printhedz.com.

Who we are
PrintHedz is an education business that provides curriculum linked 3D printing resources, hardware and support to primary schools in the United Kingdom. In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean PrintHedz, and "you" means the person or organisation using our website or buying from us.

Our products and services
Depending on what you order, we may provide:
- Digital resources such as lesson plans, teaching materials and ready to print 3D files, supplied electronically.
- Physical products such as 3D printers, filament and related items. Some physical items are dispatched directly by our suppliers on our behalf.
- School plans that combine hardware, resources, training and support. The specific contents, pricing and length of any plan are set out separately when you enquire or sign up.

Pricing for school plans is tailored to each school and confirmed in writing before you commit. Prices for individual products are shown at checkout.

Orders and payment
When you place an order, we will confirm it by email. A contract is formed once we confirm your order. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if a product is unavailable or a price is shown incorrectly, in which case we will refund any payment taken. Payment is taken at checkout unless we have agreed alternative arrangements, such as invoicing, with your school.

Digital resources and licence
When you buy a digital resource or 3D file, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it for teaching and learning within your own school or setting. You may print, display and use the files for that purpose. You may not resell, sublicense, share or distribute the files or resources outside your school, or make them publicly available, without our written permission. We, or our licensors, keep all intellectual property rights in the resources.

Physical products
Physical products are described on the relevant product page. Some items are supplied and dispatched by third party suppliers on our behalf, which may affect delivery times and how items arrive. Third party hardware, such as Bambu Lab printers, may be covered by the manufacturer's own warranty and terms in addition to these terms.

Safe use of 3D printers
3D printers include hot parts and moving parts. They must be set up and supervised by a responsible adult and used in line with the manufacturer's instructions and the safety guidance and risk assessments we provide. 3D printing is not risk free, and you are responsible for supervising its use in your setting. We are not liable for injury, loss or damage caused by use that does not follow this guidance.

Intellectual property
All content on our website and in our resources, including text, designs, graphics and 3D files, belongs to PrintHedz or our licensors and is protected by law. "Cornerstones" and "Bambu Lab" are trademarks of their respective owners; any reference to them is for description only and does not imply partnership or endorsement unless we state otherwise.

Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse our website, to copy or redistribute our resources unlawfully, or to use our products in any way that is unlawful or unsafe.

Availability and changes
We may update, add to or withdraw products, resources and website features from time to time. We try to keep information accurate but do not guarantee the website will always be available or error free.

Our liability
Nothing in these terms limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud. Subject to that, we are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable or for business losses beyond our reasonable control, and our total liability in connection with any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the courts of England and Wales.

Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on our website at the time you place an order is the version that applies.
