Refund policy

Refund and Returns Policy

Last updated: 8 September 2026

We want you to be happy with your order. This policy explains when you can return items or get a refund. It sits alongside your legal rights, which it does not affect. If you have any questions, email us at hello@printhedz.com.

Digital resources and 3D files
Because digital resources and 3D files are delivered electronically and can be downloaded and used straight away, they are generally non-refundable once your download or access has started. Where you are a consumer, you agree that by downloading you ask us to supply the files immediately and understand that your right to cancel is lost at that point.

If a file is faulty, will not download, or is not as described, please contact us. We will put it right, replace it, or provide a refund.

Physical products
If you are a consumer, you have the right to cancel an order for physical goods within 14 days of receiving them, for any reason. Goods should be returned unused and in a resaleable condition, in their original packaging where possible. Please contact us at hello@printhedz.com before returning anything, as some items are sent directly by our suppliers and we will give you the correct return address.

Unless the item is faulty or incorrect, you are responsible for the cost of returning it. Once we have received the returned goods, we will refund you within 14 days, including standard delivery costs where the whole order is returned.

Faulty or damaged items
If something arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us within a reasonable time of receiving it, with a photo if you can. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

School plans and subscriptions
Where you sign up to a PrintHedz school plan or subscription, the cancellation and renewal terms are set out in your plan agreement.

How to request a return or refund
Email us at hello@printhedz.com with your order details and what you would like to do, and we will guide you through the next steps.

Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy affects your legal rights, including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 where they apply to you.
